It has come to the notice of O2 Organics that certain fraudulent calls, messages, emails, and online communications are being circulated falsely in our name. These communications may invite customers to purchase products from websites or links claiming association with O2 Organics and may offer gifts, rewards, or special benefits in return for payment transfers.
We clarify that O2 Organics does not initiate unsolicited calls, messages, or communications offering gifts, prizes, or incentives in exchange for product purchases or payments. We also do not request customers to transfer money to personal or unauthorized bank accounts, UPI IDs, or third-party payment links.
Customers are strongly advised not to respond to such communications and not to make any payments pursuant to such offers. These communications are fraudulent in nature.
