Delivery Coverage

O2 Organics delivers products across most serviceable Pin Codes in India. Delivery availability is checked based on the Pin Code entered at the time of placing the order.

Shipping Timeframe

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 working hours after order confirmation.

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Customers in major cities may receive their orders within 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as location accessibility, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Undeliverable Pin Codes

We verify serviceability at the time of order placement. In rare cases, if a Pin Code becomes unserviceable after order confirmation, the order will be cancelled.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded within 48 hours of cancellation.

Shipping Fees & Special Cases

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • An additional COD fee may apply and will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within the timeframe mentioned in our Return Policy.

Order & Address Guidelines

Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct Pin Code.

  • Orders and addresses cannot be modified once the order is placed.

  • Each order can be shipped to one address only.

Order Cancellation

In exceptional cases where delivery is not possible due to logistics or serviceability issues, O2 Organics reserves the right to cancel the order.

  • Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 48 hours.

Delivery Attempts & Multiple Shipments

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery fails, our team may reach out to assist further.

Multiple Products

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. This may slightly extend delivery timelines.

International Shipping

Currently, O2 Organics ships within India only.
International shipping options may be introduced in the future—please stay tuned.
